A Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has broken the Guiness world Record for longest cooking hours after cooking non stop for 88 hours and still counting.

The 27 year old Akwa Ibom born chef is breaking the record set by an Indian chef who broke the record in 2019 after cooking for 87 hours 45 minutes beating the previous Record holder by 20 hours.

Hilda is set to cook for 96 hours, breaking the last record by 9 hours. The hard working chef has enjoyed the support of Nigerians including politicians and entertainers.

Friends and family have stood by her and with her through scorching sun and pouring rain as she worked towards the goal.

It is a story of hardwork and determination as Hilda has only rested for a maximum period of 4 hours in 88 hours.
