Big Brother Naija popularly referred to as BBNAIJA is unarguably the biggest show in Nigeria, if not in Africa! The Reality TV show which gulps Billions in income and expenditure yearly is by far the most coveted stage at the moment; the reason is not far fetched.

In the last six years since the show started, Nigerian youths have sought for ways to climb to the stage of fame using this show as a ladder because of the leverage it gives them.

Many times, there have been attacks on the producers and sponsors of the show, there have been several calls from different bodies to put a ban on the show. There have been moves to see that the show does not return after each season only for it to return bigger, better and louder.

Twenty Nigerian youths are thrown together in a house, left to struggle and play for a huge prize.

Often, the eyes are always on the prize, but most times, it is more about the fame that comes with just being on the show. Hence, hundreds of thousands of Youths struggle to make it into the house yearly just to have a taste of fame.

In six years, we can say that truly, Big Brother Naija has made stars, has made celebrities, has made ordinary people become extra ordinary whether or not they win the cash prize!

We have seen the rise of stars through this show and just last weekend another set of stars were released as the sixth season of the show gallantly ended, crowning WhiteMoney as the winner of the six edition of the Big Brother Naija show.
